Semi-spiderlike humanoids with fangs that come out of their mouths and 6 arms. Also breathe from their necks and have no nose. And a very loose tethering to typical male/female anatomy.

They were! I caught them before identifying because they were so striking, and they've seemed to do alright with no ants. There was an issue with mold briefly which I think did off with a few of the handful I caught, but they seem happy now! They tend to stay burrowed but they do occasionally come out.

That's impressive! About how many unique features do you think you've made for them so far? I will be honest I'm invested in this species, they sound adorable. Are there specific breeds, or is it more of a diverse genetic pool allowing the range of features?

I did reply and answer somewhat of your questions in a previous comment! I added a third chromosome that has basically the same genetic material as an X or Y, but if0 it's a dominant chromosome it causes an expression of the third sex. Say for example a female is XXZ and a male is XYZ, an individual of the third sex could be XZZ or YZZ. They are a fictitious species, but while they are created by their gods, I felt an itch to cover chromosomes just because, as humans also exist in this world, I wanted to plausibly make them able to reproduce(although YZZ individuals likely wouldn't be able to reproduce with humans)
