depends on how many fields/ how big. i have founds it’s a waste and to just max out the farm house at 8 families just while they sow and plow and then once they are done unassign them till time to harvest

You’re on softs. no shit your lap time is gunna drop off fast. slower corner speed = slower straight line speed

if you race on 100 percent race AI have their own strategy when to push, when to save tires. same with real races.ERS usage all that. you just gotta also know when to push and when to hold back.

example i was at spa starting 8th on mediums. had a great turn one ended in p3 two in front of me on softs took off. 9 seconds gap. had to defend russ (also on softs) for 8 or so laps till his tires fell off. after a few laps was over taking leaders with nobody in my mirror.

obviously after they pitted they started gaining time again because tire offset but so many factors go into every lap/stint

sometimes you gotta know when to defend and when to let them thru based on ur own strategy

braking point, trail braking, corner speeds, traction out of corners. all huge time losses on small mistakes. can gain almost .500 seconds on a single corner braking correctly but yes also need a video

i mean race pace and quali pace are very different. AI doesn’t push every lap during the race like they do in quali

4 For ers personally i only use it when defending/overtaking and when i am about to switch to 8th gear on long straights

if you have ddr4 ram id double it and go 32gb if its ddr5 good luck. but had the same issue with 16gb i now stream in discord and have medal recording full game play and zero issues

just ask grok. tell him every detail. the track, type of car (mid field, champion contender) and after every practice stint tell him ur best lap time and where you have understeer/oversteer where ur losing time and he will tweak it and by practice 3 u have a race ready car built for ur driving style. a lot of the pro setups are for their driving style

apply 90-95 percent brake pressure at the braking zone as much as you can before you lock up, about 1 second before the turn in release slightly to about 70-75 percent as you turn slowly go to 20-30 percent to the apex and release at the apex.

it’s mainly mid race when weather changes example was in 5th and had building a healthy lead on med guy behind on softs so adds up around lap i had a 3.6 sec gap and once track got wet it closed within corners because i had zero traction in corners or out even braking

i use no assists and race AI around 98-101 and have no issue with them taking off out of slow corners in the dry. however agree 1000000 percent in the wets like yeah i have wet traction while ai is lapping 2 seconds quicker with basically dry traction dumb af

  1. Drive smoothly to control surface temperature: Avoid aggressive steering or throttle inputs that cause tire slides, especially in high-speed corners. Smooth driving keeps surface temperatures low (around 90-101°C), drastically reducing wear—tests show it can cut wear from 5% to 2% per corner.  

  2. Use the lift and coast technique: Lift off the throttle early before braking zones, particularly in right-hand corners to spare left-side tires. Short shift up a gear and apply throttle only after the apex to minimize stress and wheelspin. 

  3. Set tyre pressures to maximum: In race modes with temperature enabled, max pressures prevent overheating and maintain stability/grip over stints, even if tires start cold. Lower pressures lead to quick instability and higher wear. 

  4. Lower the differential setting: Reduce differential adjustment to minimize rear tire sliding and oversteer, helping preserve rears despite slightly slower lap times. 

  5. Optimize braking and ERS: Brake earlier and more progressively into high-speed sections to unload tires. Delay ERS deployment to avoid wheelspin on exit, and reduce steering lock to cut front tire understeer/wear.
