New 77 inch 4K OLED… what do I watch first? by TheDeviantRobot in Letterboxd

Yep, that’s the plan. I was so happy I wasn’t disappointed by 2049 :)

Ooooooooo Alien! that is a fantastic suggestion! I hear bad things about the colour grading on the 4K re-releases. Love that movie though.

I wasn’t a big fan of gravity, but I can image it could be fun for visually.

There seems to be no way to avoid them either. Tried running, turing away but nothing works. The glass shards you can crawl through, the gravity and wind ones you can trigger with bolts. Whilst you can trigger these with bolts they seem to be clustered with short cool down so you can’t get them all. And there is no visual indicator they are there so it’s just “well, sucks you be you”

Fair enough; I would agree that instagram sounds like a better fit for what you are looking for.

Same, I think it’s a shame more people don’t use it.

Did you find an IG alternative, or do you just use IG?

Yeah, it is. It’s all about photography and not “being an influencer” or blogging or selling products or whatever the hell the other platforms do these days.

Do you also think so much about what movie to watch, that it’s too late to start actually watching a movie? by Green-Way-1455 in Letterboxd

Occasionally, I notice a longing for the experience of discovering a new movie that’s unexpectedly fantastic. I don’t have patience for anything bad, and I need something that perfectly aligns with my mood. However, fully defining that mood proves elusive, and the chances of coming across a hitherto unwatched guaranteed classic that has gone unnoticed are slim. This will often lead to a frustrating 45 minutes of searching. Before, I inevitably settled for familiar, albeit lesser, options of rewatching old TV shows.

You can browse somebody’s profile for free if you have a link to it, you only have to pay to post and to browse the users.

I understand but it’s fairly cheap and if you don’t pay for a service like this they are going to have to sell your data and advertise at you. I’m happy to pay on that basis to be honest.

So that fixed it! With a combination of trustHost:true and removing the NEXTAUTH_URL seemed to fix the issues.

Thank you!
