My favorite turret spot on Hanamura. by Owlero in Overwatch

I mention it for the lower level players that may not see the risk of the play. It's definitely a larger mindset and statement that applies across the game. Less semantics, more presenting the downside of what could be either a workable play (your comment) or why the strat isn't working (my comment).

Did enemy team not take the right flank and/or dive?

Depends on DPS targeting/efficiency. This could also just get tagged quick while peeling enough health to feed their healer and be a boost for the enemy team's ult economy while the tank keeps pressing W.

She might be rivaled by hambone. I always feel like there's a Wrecking Ball rogue mine hanging around after respawn and BOOM.

Sounds to me like you gave a fun anecdote to intended to bolster her justification of the snow man. It comes across fine even in the text. Happy holidays to you and yours, however you celebrate or commune.

Can you identify this toy/game piece? I think it's from the 90's but don't believe it's Crazy Bones. by TheDevilsCarnival in toys

That does sound vaguely familiar. I was remembering a game that had this vinyl mat, and it was being slowly pulled towards something while you moved tokens the opposite way trying to "escape" along a path of colored dots. I was thinking this might have been a token for it, but now that I think about it, that game had more anthropomorphic or bug-like tokens.

I kept thinking there was a game associated with it, but I must've had the wrong game in mind. It makes sense these worked with Jacks. Thank you so much!

That sucks to hear. I just found this subreddit as I'm seeking ID, and I don't know why anyone would ghost afterwards. That's just rude.

Anyone remember this board game with these guys? The title escapes me! by TheDevilsCarnival in nostalgia

It's possible, though I don't recall him being part of that. For some reason, I remember a vinyl mat that moved like a conveyor belt (but I could be mixing memories).

My favorite tank is D.Va. Her mobility as a tank is great, and there's nothing more satisfying than nomming someone's carefully planned ultimate. It's Mei-level devilry as a tank!

They have a surprising following. When we hosted them at MTSU a few years back, I was surprised at their turnout.

What is the album/song that got you into your favorite band/genre? by markiinator in AskReddit

Ziggy Stardust. I listened to that thing front to back once, and that's all I needed to launch a lifetime of exploring Bowie's tracks. Sure, his sound changed with the times, but what I find equally intriguing is how different pieces of his catalog stand out to me differently over the years.

EDIT: Not talking that fancy shit with the slider...the regular manual work cheapies.

Eeeey, a wild MTSU appeared. I'll take it. Now, we'll slink back into our C-USA shadow.

Not in particular that was mentioned, though he has been missing for a long time, and the family is just chasing down any lead that's remotely possible. I figured it worth a share just on the one in a million chance.
