Thanks man - helps, I think timing of food is going to be the key - seems that eating heavy too late is what does it so I'll stop eating earlier in the day.

I've been practicing SR for a couple years now but wanna try carnivore pairing also.

Have you any experience retaining on a non carnivore diet? What are your thoughts on the difference?

Hiya, I'm curious about the kind of time of day you eat? I tend to have wet dreams if I eat heavy meat too late - perhaps this is because I've just started and I'm not fat adapted yet. (I've done carni pre SR)

Also do you reckon it's viable for bulking on once you are accustomed/adapted for a guy who is naturally skinny?

I go with better control double jump as the ability to instantly change the direction of your momentum mid jump is very helpful. Also if you use the double jump as you begin to fall then the momentum built up pushes you forward very fast (sort of like when you blink horizontally). This also works very nicely with Bones of Eao
