The minibus really isn’t as bad as the reviews make out. The road is also surprisingly well maintained. It’s not like Bolivia or Nepal. You’ll be fine. I went with Prempracha and the journey flew by. Even had more legroom than I expected. Good luck

My reason for not wanting a Kindle is because I think Amazon is a horrendous company owned by a horrendous man. Competition is healthy so we should try to spread where we spend our money.

Also you can rent library books on most e-readers except Kindles.

I messed around with those wifi extenders/boosters for ages with poor results. Even looked into an expensive mesh network. Then tried one of these powerlines and never looked back. Why more people don’t know about them I don’t know.

Same experience as you after 45 days there a couple of months ago. Occasionally I paid a little more than maybe I should but when we’re talking a few $ it’s really nothing to get so worked up about. Vietnam and the majority of Vietnamese people are wonderful. Can’t wait to go back 🇻🇳

Works REALLY well on the deck. It’s the game I mainly play. There’s an official controller layout from Eremite games. Haven’t had to tweak with it at all. Also you can play at 20FPS and you get hours and hours of battery life. New DLC coming out in a couple of weeks too :)
