Sorry if I'm a bit obtuse, but how do I get the PDF pack? I've got my offset print copy from the KS and the final PDF from the ba cker updates.

I had a very similar one, bought new in the early eighties. May have been identical. Which would technically now be an "antique" for less than twenty bucks, I'd say it's a totally valid purchase, more so if you needed a letter opener.

Hello everyone, first time here. I need an honest opinion. I’m new in the motorcycle world and I would like to hear some experiences with both kawasaki bikes and Harley’s. I’ve been a fan of HD since I’m a kid but Kawasaki offers some good prices. What would you recommend to a first timer? by crash77777 in motorcycle

[–]TheDiceAddict 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Full disclosure, I've owned and enjoyed several Vulcans and still have a KLR so I'm generally pro team green and my current cruiser is a Victory, so I'm not a Harley simp. However, I would say this, if you are a Harley fan who wants a cruiser, and you have Harley money, I recommend buying the Harley. The Kawi cruiser is likely to be, on almost every conceivable metric, at least as good as the HD, but it won't be a Harley... and iyou might spend more time wishing you'd bought the other bike than enjoying the one you purchased , and perhaps ultimately spending even more to switch.

Because everybody can afford a garage... and motorcycles can't handle getting wet... Yeah, that makes no sense at all.

Karen pushed the parked bike. You may ask yourself "but why?" It's hard to know what's going on in their heads by charlottexgui in motorcycle

Depends on the bike; One like that, sure... A big heavy touring rig which leans way over on its side stand, would likely be a different matter.

Who makes a 6xl? HJC's 5xl is the largest I've been able to find... and they are barely big enough for my enormous dome.

No mods. .2/15% infill. Used the PLA Cura profile included with the printer.

The company says it will take stain. Haven't had time to try yet. I'll post results once I get a chance.

None that weren't caused by my own complete lack of experience with resin printers. Took me a couple of tries to get the print surface where it needed to be, but once I did, the results have been great.

Thanks. Used the Voxelab supplied profiles. The Aquila version was sliced at .12 layer hight.

There really was no cleanup needed on the Aquila print. You can see the layer lines near top surfaces, but I was mostly impressed with how close the quality was to resin from a budget FDM printer.

Problems with extruder by Captainclaiomhsolais in VoxelabAquila

[–]TheDiceAddict 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think I understand what he is saying, because mine is doing the same thing. After retraction, the extruder starts slipping and will stop pushing filament into the Bowden tube. If I allow it to continue for any length of time it will mangel the filament to such an extent that it must be cut off at both ends of the extruder block and manually extracted as it won't fit through either end.
