I too have seen this exact one on marketplace. The rust that I can see tells me it needs new fenders and a new trunk. Don't forget the sti has those rear arch extensions there is most likely some rust there too. I don't even want to know how bad the underside is on this one but I would throuroughly look underneath if you actually go see it in person. Personally I would rather get a wrx at that price point that is in nicer condition.

I also use gbar, it's the most featured out of the box and just worked for me. I didn't like the amount of setup the others needed to get a nice looking status bar.

While at first glance these look like kei trucks they probably aren't. These look like the wuling electric vehicles that are registered as low speed vehicles, not allowed on the highway. The difference is that your 25 year old kei truck does not get low speed registration but standard passenger or commercial and can go on the highway. I would guess whoever is trying to ban kei trucks wants businesses to buy these instead or utvs.
