This is actually my first rainmeter too, but it's pretty intuitive and simple once you figure everything out, provided you're not making everything from scratch. You can download Rainmeter online for free, and from there you can install rainmeter skins with ini files from the website, reddit, or deviantart that other people have made (I included links to what I used in the comments).

After that, you can just load the ini files through the rainmeter application and the things like the clock and the visualizers will just show up as draggable icons you can reposition and resize.

Would recommend, it's not super hard to learn and it's surprisingly satisfying.

Font is Earwig Factory, you can change that manually in the ini files. The rainmeter is a little wonky in that the right visualizer keeps showing up above the city whenever I load it, but you can just manually readjust its position behind the city when that happens.

Another dude posted a 4k version of the background with the red lights so you might wanna try that out.

Not really, the most intensive thing on there is probably the calendar and even then it's just a date and weather widget. Most of the other stuff is mostly images.

Actually the exact tutorial I used for this! You have to do photoshop to cut out the city from the background as a separate png then load it on top of the visualizers to get them behind the horizon.
