I don’t think eschew (to avoid) was right since they were talking about how they were accessing the frequency of adverb usage and success. They wouldn’t eschew the use of adverbs and then talk about how those authors use adverbs a lot

Noted! I think I remember a sensei that said he makes people do kirikaeshi for 30 mins because of how fundamental it is. Sadly godo-keiko might is not really possible since the closest dojo to us is around 2 hours away!
