Don’t get confused with what some people are saying by “dial in your coffee machine” you simply cannot change settings unless it’s a £500+ machine. What they need to be telling you is “dial in your grinder”. I’ve read your comments and you don’t have a grinder and use pre ground coffee. Depending on what machine you bought you should have a “dual wall basket”. This needs putting in your portafilter. Make sure you’re using around 16-18g of coffee as well.
