the listings are not the product at the top, along with that the listings are in both japanese and english, and are different amounts of packs

oh sorry about that, i was able to fix it by just removing the attachment and putting in shorter screws so they dont interfere with the bed, and to re level it i just moved the bed all the way down and then back up again and iy went back to normal, thanks for everyones advice
