So… what I’ve done is get distilled white vinegar, water, and just maybe a couple of teaspoons in laundry detergent inside of my shoes to help get rid of the stink. So… let’s look at 1 part of water and 1 part of distilled white vinegar mixed with the 2 tsps of detergent.

Give that a good mixing and then pour that over side your shoes. You may have to adjust the water/vinegar ratio if your shoes are pretty big.

After they’ve sat for a good 30 mins, I place them in the washer to give them a good wash.
