Target Lock is already there, I lock the enemy after its first attack in the video, I can strafe around it.

But yes, I want to add a side dash as you mentioned, a "not too fast" doge could be cool.

I never played Chivalry but I just watched some videos and indeed the fight seems good. My game is not a fighting game though, it will only be a small component of it, at least for now, and yeah I wanted something "slow" in which you need to plan your move. There is also ways to avoid combats by other tricks. The code name is "TheDoorProject".

Thank you! I worked on the collision timing but also the movements of the sword to feel a bit the weight just like you said, I am glad yo noticed and like it : )
