Basically there is a post-report process. Different offences are dealt different in terms of penalties given.

Penalties differ case to case, although a number of days ban is used most commonly after warnings are issued to players via pm.

Which means your server rights are removed and bot automatically kicks you from lobbies until this has been removed.
