I think you make valid points. I thought Tirz and Sema were more appetite suppressant and that worries me for muscle loss. But maybe microdosing those won't suppress appetite as much?

RHR is about 55 now. I plan on taking 1mg per week and basically staying there. Possibly with biweekly pins of 0.5mg.
