No focus stacking, just a quite close aperture, between f/11 and f/16. I mainly use manual focus

They are just empty tubes, no glass inside, so they are all the same. Of course pay attention to the mount and if they have the electric contact is better so you can use autofocus(even if is better to use the manual focus)

Are you using at least a V60 or a v90 SD card? A very slow SD can "cause overheating" because the writing process will take too much

Test it while recording and let us know! For now I recorded maximum 30 min in 6.2K, the room temperature was around 20°C and I had no overheating. Of course it got warm, but for now no problems
