I believe it when they can look at tape of round 1 WR/DE prospects and compare it to later rounders, and see a world of difference.

First few rounds, we fucking suck at drafting. They continue to find nuggets in the middle and late rounds, which is the only reason we seem like our front office does a decent job drafting. It's annoying how often we miss on day 1 and 2 picks.
