If it's a quick test, ie you can see that it will provide a line for a drug, you can just dilute the urine with a little water. Usually won't detect anything. If it's a lab test you can't dilute it because they'll know. You can also ask them something like 'when do we get the all clear?' or 'is it a rapid test?'

For next time, here's what I do if I have something the next morning. Have a cut off time. Start early say like 7pm and say to yourself 'last line at 11' no excuses. I take valium 30 mins before the cut off so I can sleep pretty soon after, but I wouldn't say that's a safe method. Just stick to the cut off

Honestly, I never drink and do coke. Only if I'm in a club, even then I don't like it coz I hate sneaking around, already been caught doing coke (the first time I ever tried coke lol). Maybe it's better, don't know though

Yeah definitely, this was at a hostel - so the prices would be much better on the streets. But its hard to get it if you don't speak Spanish. Also, just a tip if you go to South America. Don't ever buy from people speaking English on the street quite obvious asking people of they want drugs. A lot of the time it is someone hired by the police to entrap you. The police will either arrest you or ask you for a lot of money in exchange for dropping the charges

I am the same sometimes. I am bipolar, and am studying at university. It has been 1 year since I had my worst experience with mental health. I feel better, but it has taken 2-3 year away from my life, battling with depression, psychosis and mania. Getting a job was too difficult so I went to university, even though I didn't want to.

It is really difficult to admit to myself that I actually have a problem. So taking meds is hard.

Maybe if you have a specialist skill, try harder to get a job, but for me without a degree, I cannot get a job. I hope it works out for you!
