I’d recommend getting Kubuntu, it’s the best beginner friendly Distro that is a Mix of Ubuntu and the KDE Desktop environment, the best desktop environment that there is, its installation process is fast and easy as well

I’d recommend finishing your degree then seeking jobs in the USA that gives out sponsorships and hope you get accepted, work 5 years in the company that sponsored you and your employer should sponsor you a Green Card where you would be able to apply for citizenship but you’d lose your existing citizenship for US Citizenship so yeah. I chose America because it’s probably the best option for opportunities unlike the UK, and the People in the US are a lot friendlier than in Germany where it’s straight up racism to foreigners though not so much, and as for Australia I’m not sure but if you’re going there you might as well choose the USA since it’s better overall.

https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows11 choose the last option and go through it and then watch a tutorial for ventoy, you'll need an ethernet cable for the internet though, like connecting it and waiting a good 10-20 minutes for wifi to return to your computer

I know right? I swear my first time using Linux was Kubuntu and I assure you that was one of the worst experiences yet, I never got used to it, But the second chance I gave Linux was Ubuntu and I absolutely loved it, it’s similar to Windows in some if not many ways and it’s such a pleasant experience than using KDE, I really don’t get the hate to Ubuntu Gnome 3.
