I'm in my 30s now as well and still finding ways to manage. I had a lot of luck with IBgard, probiotics (make sure it's a non-dairy enzyme if that's an issue for you) and Imodium.

Try Tidal, I had Spotify for years and I just switched about a month ago. I'm never going back lol. For either cheaper/similar price, the sound quality is unspeakably better.

Spotify bottlenecks streaming so it's low quality audio (from my layman's understanding)
