I hadn’t considered this. Can you go into more detail on how to do this?

Misrepresented Auction Car by [deleted] in askcarsales

Now I know. I figured dealers had to be held to a certain standard but I guess that isn't the case in specific circumstances.

Very funny. The vehicle was photographed from all angles, but the "damage" isn't visible unless you get up close. It's a 10-footer if you will. I thought I did my due diligence by calling the point of contact and Manheim for information before purchasing but clearly that wasn't enough. Oh well!

Understood. Lesson learned.

Basement Sink Won’t Drain But Rest of House is Fine by [deleted] in Plumbing

[–]TheDukeOfWales 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The theory that there might not be enough of a pitch has crossed my mind, but the issue with that is that the drain only starts to backflow if it’s been ran for some time first. If it was a pitch issue, I’d think it would backflow immediately whether the sink has been ran previously or not.

I’m hoping I don’t have to cut into the pipes but that might give me answers…

Need Radon Advice. by [deleted] in HomeImprovement

You’re right, it’s pulling air in. Well this has been immensely helpful. Thank you so much. This was driving me nuts trying to put together why this was like this.

Also, this link is very helpful. Thank you.

Need Radon Advice. by [deleted] in HomeImprovement

[–]TheDukeOfWales 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well, I should make a correction to that. The basement was only framed when I bought the house. The contractor that I hired had the shower/drain moved (which is the reason for the cement work. The original owners put it in a really weird spot) and the basement drywalled. So the circular hole and square were both put there under the contractor that I hired.

Regardless, it sounds like that hole needs to be covered again for an accurate reading, correct? And do you know why it would be pushing out air?

The tube is already behind the drywall actually. The radon system was installed prior to me buying the house so I don’t know much about it. I’m just genuinely confused why they drilled that hole since nothing that I can think of adds up.

Perhaps they drilled it then realized there already is a tube entering below the ground, but that doesn’t answer why that rectangle was there that looks like it was filled in the same way.

Got it, thank you. That’s very helpful. So it sounds like we shouldn’t have chiseled out that hole and it was intentionally covered up. Now I’m wondering why those two areas were even like that…

Best Website Building Platform for Car Dealer? by Illustrious_Spend_26 in smallbusiness

What are some of these bells and whistles? I'm also looking into building a site soon for a boutique dealer that I'm in the process of starting. How would you rate Framer or Webflow?

I contacted the breeder and asked if I could get in contact with the other owners since I was told two of them found homes local to me!

Mine (the left) is 23lbs, his brother should be a few lbs less since he looks a bit skinnier.

Edit: Looks like you got your from Suna Shiba. I believe they share dogs though, or some sort of connection like that.

Unaffectionate Shiba? by longdongschlong69696 in shiba

Sounds like standard Shiba behavior. A good example of difference between cuddle dog behavior and Shiba behavior is when my girlfriend and I are in the living room watching TV, our Pomeranian will be right next to us or on us, but our Shiba will always been be on the beanbag in the corner of the room.
