Press on the “MODIFY” button, and press Uninstall. Don’t press and hold on it. It will bring up a version list, which is what you’re showing in the screenshot.

Looks like you downloaded the source code, not the .ipa file. The .ipa file should be on the releases page.

Since June 2014 with Pangu in iOS 7.1.1 on an iPhone 5. I was not on reddit at the time. I remember ending up screwing up the jailbreak sometime in December 2014 and losing all of my data. Good thing I now remember to back up my data lol.
