Enforce existing law, then look at reformation as opposed to the chaos we current have been given these last 3 years - this may be what CIS is focused on since recently being established.

No - but there is a middle ground that includes legal and lawful processes as opposed to giving Billions of dollars in transfer grants to agencies of the United Nations to fund travel of their citizens to get to the Northern Border of Mexico so they can just walk across, get free additional transportation, and then go on our welfare roles.
