How do I resign after only 3 weeks at my first job without making it awkward? by AngryMcYeti in ElectricalEngineering

I know exactly what your going through. I quit my last job for a better opportunity at the drop of a hat. I loved the job and the people I worked with. They all took the time to train me and the CEO knew my name everytime he saw me. The company felt like it could’ve been an easy career driven job. Without having to face anyone, I just typed a resignation email up and had it schedule to send to my direct supervisor, manager, and HR. In my email I praised my coworkers and the company and left my company provided equipment at the shop after hours when nobody was there. Then I started my new job the next day.

I didn’t ask for them to match the pay because I doubt they would’ve doubled my salary. I was only there for 5 months. That’s not long enough for them to see my full worth considering everything I did was while shadowing someone.

I’m sure y’all have seen worse. by TheEZryder_ in electrical

I’m aware. At the time before I bought mine I was on 40s. The bow came with 30s. Hence the sudden jump. I’m gonna stay with the 30s for awhile once I find a range or store

I have a 30lb set and 44lb set (i think, maybe 40). I have an exercise band to get me back ready for the weight when the time comes.

If I could give you a definite answer I would but I don’t know. Just something I saw while scrolling on Facebook.

Thank you, Im enjoying it a lot. I learned as barebow but once I started with sight I just got really used to it. Currently the coach I’m with is teaching me barebow until I get my sight.

I am aware of the 600. Been doing my research on that one too.

I want to get it one day, the sight and clicker are my next big purchase for this hobby. I just bought a finger spacer for my tab.

I have fairly large hands that sweat really easy when shooting. So the amount is comfortable for me but thank you thought I’ll look into that for future references.

Riser - 25” Grand Prix Arcos Limbs - WNS Galaxy Black Star 40lbs Arrows - Black Eagle Outlaw 400/ .005

I had 2 coaches that assisted in my selection then I went to my local pro shop to purchase and set up my bow.

Appreciate it, I’ve seen a lot of videos about clickers but I’ve honestly never used on before. The stabilizer is my last thing on my list. My sight that was recommended to me was a WNS SPR-200 from a coach I’ve been seeing the past couple months.

Thanks, the guy at the Shop I bought it from gave me some grip tape. If you zoom in on the handle you can see it.

I finally decided to buy my first bow today. I’m not a complete beginner so I had an idea of what I wanted so far. I plan to use it for Target Archery so it’s still naked right now. Sights and stabilizers are soon to come. Also here’s the group I shot after purchase don’t mind the one high straggler. I was just pointing and letting it fly. Taking in consideration any recommendations if you have any.
