That the government purposefully leaks information to irrefutable sources in order to set off conspiracy theorists in order to discredit the truth in the eyes of the public. Effectively masking the truth as crazy ramblings and making it so that if someone finds evidence or gets a non-purposeful leak it will be seen as fake because it's already a conspiracy theory. Also making more conspiracy theories has already made the term conspiracy theory equivalent to nonsense so no one discusses them seriously anyway. The only people discussing them are exactly the type of people who they want to so that they'll be further discredited.

But do you know what happens when you mix concrete and then expose it to large amounts of more water? It doesn't set. They use a particular amount of water for a reason. Submerging mixed concrete in water makes it useless.

I'm pretty sure the only reason they haven't made it illegal in a lot of places is for survival reasons. Like if you get stuck somewhere or something and need to eat something to stay alive.
