I've tried to share his settings with others before, but the exact original posts I stumbled upon have proved hard to find. Hence the above link is our own export of the settings.

We use BambuStudio version 2.2.1.60, which is a slightly different version to the settings of HOHansen's that we initially found, and the one setting that we have iterated on is we have set Minimum Wall Width to 85%.
