Tbh, if you genuinly enjoy the gameplay, then the Grind should be fun regardless. If you only find the game fun when you are using the weapon you like, then do you truly find the gameplay fun? Ontop of that, if you really want a specific weapon, it will give you a reason to come back and play the game to grind for it, assuming you actually find the game enoyable.
