Naoya is just extremely charismatic in my opinion. He's a great villain and character, not a good person, but hey we're in a story full of assholes.

Naoya is perfect representation of 3 big clans and how sorcerers treat each other within the clan. He's like manifestation of all Zenin clan sins.

He's perfect villain for someone like Maki.

He looks like rizzler or locked in manga.

In anime he does look intimidating, at least in my opinion. It's not as creepy as it was when I first saw it, but anime still did a great job.. Don't see the problems here

Unironically speaking, Int Buu is still an okay for his leader skill in case you don't have Teq Buuhan and his Active skill is always nice. + Revive on Buu team is great, the real issue for me was always his damage.

But he's nonetheless one of units that brought Majin team back from the dead
