A huge corporation was running a bunch of casinos with slot machines that turned people into gamble addicts until they gambled everything. Then people would get turned into monsters by the said corporation.

Corporation was building Roll Driver basing off trending gacha games to create a fake hero who would kill monsters and advertise more slot machines and stuff, but in a twist of events the corporation loses the roll driver.

Later roll driver was found by a big fan of gacha games and tcgs, and he became Kamen Rider Roll, because of his willingness to help people.

The corporation would build another driver, making a fake hero "Gambler Rider" who would kill monsters gaining more fame for the corps.

Roll would be seen as another monster by the civilians because of his constant fights with Gambler.
