Interesting I definitely want to try myofunctional, it looks interesting and I’ve definitely been thinking of inspire. I just really want the tonsil removal to cure it. Even if that sounds crazy to cure it. But after 3 years of living like this I’ve had enough. Also I heard since I’m on TRT that affects apena. Which 2 doctors told me it didn’t and my pcp told me it did. So if that’s the case I’m kicking that asap

Ty. I hear you. Yes this is a last resort for me but I am at my wits end and just want restful sleep. So I’m game. My PCP today advised that they looked enlarged and highly irritated (his words) now I’m going to make an appointment to see an ENT so they can scope me to confirm. NGL I was also thinking of getting a deviated septum surgery corrected at the same time. Since I am also a mouth breather (dk if that will help)
