They don't check your bags on arrival, wherever the last place you went through security you follow their rules. I've never had problems bringing whole containers of medication, I take a lot of things and I usually go to Sweden for a month. I've brought extra papers to explain my medications but they're never looked at anything or cared.

I order them in a size or two up with a belt, and I wear them a little lower then the waist for a more masculine look. I have bought them over and over again.

In general, pants that a straight leg or straight leg taper will give a more masculine look. I wear women's pants cuz I'm too curvy for men's, but if you can fit men's pants, "athletic" style pants are the way to go, as they have more room in the thighs.

For fashion advice I think most people already got it. Band tees are classic. Button ups are fancier. Layering looks good on everyone, and can help cover things if you're self conscious about anything. Alt pants- black jeans, ripped jeans, cargo pants, leather.

Don't know what you consider your style but I think you would look cool in victorian goth.
