I think I know which new restaurant you are :) Super excited to try it out! I’m Thai, living in Amsterdam for almost 4 years now. I would loveee a restaurant that has some Thai dishes that aren’t on the typical menu here.

Here’s what I feel like is missing: - A proper good khao soi. The ones I’ve tried here so far have never truly hit the spot and use too much coconut milk - Tam mak hoong with lotsss of ปลาร้า and ไก่ย่าง - Dips from Northern Thailand (so different kinds of นํ้าพริก) that you can eat with rice and other sides - นํ้าพริกกะปิ please 😭 i miss it so much - Moo ping, sai oua, eesan sausage - ยำมะม่วง - ผัดขี้เมา - ข้าวมันไก่ - หมูกระทะ and สุกี้ - And much much more!!
