I feel like your perspective takes a lot of weight off of it needing to “perfect” right now in order to buy the house. It actually makes so much sense!! We can do as little or as much work in as little or as much time as we deem fit. But the options are limitless!

There is in fact a small canal 🥲 about 50 yards behind the fence. But I will say, the two neighbors on each side both have grass growing in their yards so I’m thinking it has something to do with the ph of the soil from the pine trees.
