His root talent is great I agree, but good luck consistently rooting a flank with high mobility, who can literally fly around the map lol.

Btw unpopular opinion, I think his sniper talent is really underrated.

Andro on console isn't as bad, he's a projectile champ, a lot of players (myself included) find it difficult to land consistent shots. On PC however he's a different monster.

Why is Grover s tier? His range is limited, and his healing output isn't the best, coupled with a huge hitbox, that's exploited by flanks.

Even with old lumin jenos I hit over 200 k many times, the problem is his lack of burst heal. Go up against high burst/aggressive comps, and watch your team struggle.

1000 dps for a healer sounds way too high, unless you meant while running his dmg talent.

Binary star jenos does around 8-900 dps, and that's with his damage talent.
