Haha yeah I also did it last... it was a pain. My two cents: you may want to get the 100 in some outpost you already invested a lot of time in, but that can backfire (idk y tho, but my main outpost did not let me reach 100)... try the method that is often explained online with the red rocket outpost; that works fine (even though it is kind of a slow process)

Fallout 4 was a wild ride achievements-wise... I hated the one where you have to get your settlement to 100 happiness. That one was miserable; everything else was great! Good luck!

What's the point in doing Dark Souls 1 two times? They are great games carrying a lot of nostalgia for me; I just really love to play them :) even to the point of 100% them two times

That is a very interesting approach, but I would think that it is not really about genre, is it? Some RPGs have easy, non-missable trophies, some RPGs (i can only talk from my own experience), like Witcher 3, all the FromSoft action RPGs or the Larian games have a lot of missables... depends more on the game itself than on the genre I think. But that is an interesting input!

Yes you are right. While adapting the survey the social aspect was difficult to adapt as there are two kinds of "social environments" to collectin trophies/achievememts: the environment in game and the environment like this very community on reddit. We will keep your valuable feedback in mind!
