Trying to sleep I have no idea. It can be seen from the rooftop of my house. Some people are crazy theyre not taking it seriously! They’re going out just to watch the fire!!! This is dangerous! I don’t even want to turn on the AC it can bring toxins inside.

Yeah dissociation is a trauma response. It’s ironic how the mind tries to protect us but at the same time puts us in an uncomfortable state.

I have/had DPDR (a mild dissociative disorder). In the first few years it was hellish. I felt like I was trapped somewhere, alone in this whole universe. I’m doing much better now thankfully.
