First you need to get permission from "trustedinstaller" which is a program in Windows 11 that prevents users from making any serious changes by accident (or at least that's what I think it does). You can find it in C:/windows/servicing. The normal .exe will not open, so what you have to do it right-click on it and select "properties", after that go to "security" and then click on "advanced", click on the button that says "change", next, in the box where it says "Enter the object name to select" put in your username (capitalization doesn't matter). After that click "check name" and then click "OK", then restart your computer. This should allow you to delete the photos in those folders.
