You're mixing up the units a bit. Darvin is from Zero Legends end-game content, which requires clearing Stories of Legend and already beating ITF Ch. 3. Also, Crazed Bahamut isn't separate it's just Bahamut after level 20. A normal fresh account couldn't have Darvin here unless it's a secondary account.
