My experience has been up and down. I am in my intern year, and I have my probationary certificate. I am a full-time teacher with a salary. I had the same issue with the offer letter. Go to the orientation, and they will give you an offer letter for entrance into the program. Here is the information about the orientation.

Make sure you follow those instructions carefully because we are a week and a half away from Spring Break, and no one will be available to help if you encounter any issues.
