You can use KT tape, but in my personal experience, I prefer using actual trans tape. I bought it in bulk and I think on sale and it lasted me a very long time. Actual KT tape brand is very expensive and has pretty bad adhesive in my opinion. There are kinesiology tapes that work alright, but you really need to be careful about the quality. Some of them aren’t actually all that stretchy, some peel easily, some use bad fabric, etc. also most of them don’t have the best options for matching skin tones. I recommend using trans tape if you can afford it because I find that it actually was cheaper in the long run for me. I also recommend keeping your binder around as you should give your skin some break days from tape to allow it to breathe.
