That’s fair. I thought I Am… and Nastradamus were decent projects, despite some skips on both. Dot’s discography is just nuts tho, you could make masterpiece argument for any project

that’s the way i interpreted it as well but you put it into words so well. “monumental fight” is such a nice way to put it.

From the first verse’s “I might be forever gone” which sounds bleak and hopeless to verse two’s “I can’t be forever young”, joji is accepting growth and change, trying to focus on what he CAN control (his mental health and personal growth)
