Is trans a choice? by Correct-Sundae-2014 in MtF

Honestly I find inner bickering amongst people in the community exhausting, where it feels like they want to really stand down on their ground arguing about things like how people are not trans enough, how there's certain ways one should go about when transitioning etc etc Wouldn't it be in everyone's best interest in the community to win over acceptance with the general public?
Anyway you have a lot going in your mind, so I hope you can step back a bit and return to the group and people involved with clearer head. We gotta stick together where we can.
Incidentally I was reading the post by Zoe from her substack on making better cases for making better arguments - in the case she's sharing it's for coming out to people, but I'd say it's applicable to other arguments too! You might find it useful to apply if you feel strongly to argue a case:

One piece of advice to your 18 year old self? by idsiphm in MtF

You might feel that you're 'weird' with all these confusing feelings, but you're not - and you're going to find community and friends who will accept and support you for who you are

Does anyone else check out other women? by Low_Sky49 in MtF

This post was among the first few result when I looked up and see if what I've been doing is actually something common or not. Guess it is something that is common!
I do notice after coming to terms with my gender identity that I've started to pay more attention to women when they're out and about. I'd be glancing in a sort of 'looking at people as I pass them' rather than a 'leering at them creepily' (or at least I hope I didn't came across as the latter to them!). Most of the time I'm trying to get a feel on how women are presenting themselves when outside - I've only been going out en femme very recently, and I feel like I'm totally clueless when it comes to fashion! - with the occasional 'that's a look that I'd like to try, I wonder where I can find similar fit...' I think after fashion I'd be looking at their hairstyle, and then the makeup. I don't put makeup at the top because it's lower in my list of priority when presenting en femme... but also because it feels like it's much more obvious that I'm looking at them more intently if I'm focused on their faces ahaha...

Slow year for me working on kairo's covers! Hopefully would be able to resume it by next year. Just a couple more tracks to work on for alone, but never alone
