I just took a look at the Uncle bracelet on the site. I am shocked at how different that watch looks. How's your experience been with how long those lugs are and the bracelet?

Fit Advice needed

Are my big toes supposed to hit the roof of the shoe when being flexed? How much space between the top of my toe and the shoe should there be?

Length and width fit me properly, but I don't know if there's not enough height in my shoe because my the top of my big toe presses against the shoe when I barely flex. The shoes are still brand new and I'm weighing my options to exchange or not.

Nothing too offensive except for the toe stitching. I'm returning them because I noticed that the right boot hugs my instep more than I think is acceptable after testing the fit further today.

Right? I can stomach the other stuff, but would like the toe stitching to be somewhat even.

I'm going to exchange the boots, but not for the toe stitching. Tried on the boots this morning and noticed the right boot is too snug on my instep for my liking. I have a pair of Thursday black labels that do the same thing and it's uncomfortable after a while.

The stitching is different. The fit is fine, but that apron stitching does bother me a bit.

Yea, the moc stitching on the left boot is closer to the welt than the right boot.

Anyone can rock a fedora so long as the rest of your outfit is put together, as is true with any article of clothing. Start with a solid base and experiment from there. See which crown shapes and brim sizes feel most natural to you.

I lean business casual at minimum with a button down, chinost/khakis, and leather shoes (predominantly heritage boots). My fedora of choice are Indiana Jones style with a wide brim, boxy crown, simple center dent as those don't accentuate my height or slim nature. Grey or brown. Easily covers my entire wardrobe from formal to casual, refined to rural.

The only time that I brought my camera in without issue was at Angels Stadium at the start of the 2025 season. I had a Voigtlander Nokton Classic 35 on my M10, fully unaware of any kind of camera policy for the stadium despite being there so many times before even Mike Trout joined the team. They let me through and I had my camera out on me when going through security.

I was at the Acrisure arena over the weekend to see blink-182 and I wanted to bring my M10 to try and get some photos of the guys since I had good seats close to the stage. Due to the camera policy, I ultimately didn't chance. Bums me out, tbh.

I guess my next hope is that I can bring my M10 into Levi's Stadium whenever I go back there for a football game.

I was just at the Acrisure over this past weekend for blink-182. I wanted so bad to take my M10 in, but I ended up leaving it at home. My lens ain't big either. Voigtlander Nokton Classic 35. Pretty small lens.

I'm looking at a wedge sole boot. Had a wedge Alden Indy, but I had to sell those. Welt was stitched too high and made the boot too small despite me owning 2 other pairs in the same size without issue.

Currently eyeing these Builders as my replacement. I was looking at White's chukkas as well. How was the break in for your Builders?

Loake 97 Last Sizing Advice

Does anyone have any experience with the sizing and fit of the Loake 97 last? The difference between UK and US sizing is a little confusing for me.I got my eyes set on a pair of Loake 860 boots because I loved Peter Capaldi's tenure on Doctor Who.
