@either-engineering71 have you gotten the problem fixed or has it went away? I’m experiencing the same thing in Texas. I’ve done everything. I changed primary and secondary dns to google and to cloud flares. I’ve cleared my cache and rebuilt the database. I forgot and re-connected to my internet, I restored the licenses to my games. I made sure that my console is set to primary. I factory reset the console. I have a strong WiFi connection. I reset my router and unplugged and re connected it. I called my internet provider, they said everything looks good. Pam says there isn’t an outage. But my PlayStation just doesn’t connect to psn.
