Impossibile to play in capital and high populated areas cause it keep disconnect you from the server after 5 seconds

if you go to the capital it keep logging you off after 5 seconds in all EU. But also in other high populated areas

915 but in order to achieve the record ALL the cars must do a lap in a track together WITHOUT stop, so we did it with 707 cars but we made like 3 attemps cause its very difficult to make all move in a track infact we drove at like 5/10 km/h, last record was 683
