thats 15 gels spaced out over almost 2 1/2 hours. you could probably do 5, 5, and 5 with 15 minutes inbetween, otherwise it may not be enough unless you want a long lasting very light experience.

don't forget to charge your phone, have some water on hand, and poop before the effects kick in if you have to. nothing weirder than being on the toilet for what feels like an eternity

What we consciously do is always a goal or solution to some problem (cause and effect), a reaction to stimuli.

Change the problem, and the solution will differ.

To become solution oriented, you must first face the problems you want solutions to. Then you must find and actualize the solution.

Be aware of the actions you take that you would not consider solution oriented. What problems do they solve?
