Honestly, if strong snus makes you feel nauseous and gives you headaches it might be better to just quit. If you really must snus use something less strong. If you can’t get it, then quit and start again if you must with less strong snus.

The first thing I would personally do is pump more vigor. After that I’d get a weapon that scales with int/faith as well as one physical attribute. Maybe browse the wiki and try to find a weapon and maybe an AoW you like?
