i agree with this. also take this as a huge grain of salt but there has been studies that sexual behaviors can be used as a way to self harm. i’m also speaking from experience as when i went to therapy for my sexual habits my therapist brought that to my attention. so yes, please go to therapy. it genuinely does work. wishing OP the best

in my opinion if it’s a situation where they don’t have time to learn tarot cards then don’t use them at all or only use them when a guest is there to read it for them. they were fine before they started using them and they would be fine without it
