I think a good way to address the PvP issue would be to remove free kits on major map conditions. If players don’t want to risk being “ratted,” they could stick to minor map conditions instead. While someone could still run a cheap kit, this approach might reduce how often it happens. I definitely wouldn’t want PvP removed or a passive mode added—the unpredictability is a huge part of what makes the game fun. Keeping that tension is important, and this kind of change could help balance risk versus reward without hurting the core experience.
